Job Description
In partnership with One to One Health, we are conducting a national search for a Medical Director to lead an established employer-based primary care practice in Reno, Nevada, beginning in January 2027.

Through employer-sponsored health centers and virtual care services, the organization partners directly with employers to improve health outcomes, promote wellness, and reduce healthcare costs while enhancing the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care services to patients
Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive health assessments
Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions
Supervise and support two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Promote a patient-centered, high-quality care environment
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted Nevada medical license
A minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Position Highlights
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
Approximately 90% clinical responsibilities
