About Our Organization
SCVMC hosts four residency programs and one fellowship training program, and partners with Stanford University SOM and Stanford Healthcare for the clinical training of medical students, residents, and fellows. SCVMC is an ACS-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, an ABA-verified Burn Center, a Primary Stroke Center, a Level 4 NICU, and a nationally recognized CARF-accredited Rehabilitation Center. Owing to its geographic location and specialty offerings, SCVMC not only serves the County, but also the larger region.
Providers in our health system also have the opportunity to use our integrated electronic health record (Epic), which brings together systemwide patient information. The Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) recognized SCVMC for achieving its highest level of success (Stage 7), based on our continuous innovation and optimization of our inpatient and outpatient EHR.

The nationally awarded SCVH Department of Ob/Gyn provides services in four hospitals and a regional clinic system located in one of the most desirable locations at the heart of Silicon Valley. Our department is committed to a mission of service and expects a commitment to continuous professional development, education, and ethical practice. Our comprehensive Gynecologic Oncology inpatient service includes a full-scope outpatient practice operating out of the attached, multidisciplinary Sobrato Cancer Center. The practice is supported by a robust network of surgical, medical, and supportive oncology services. Additionally, our exceptional OB/GYN residency program offers rich opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and scholarly activity.
About the Position
This full-scope faculty role requires a clinician comfortable maintaining a robust surgical and medical gynecologic oncology practice, encompassing complex cytoreductive surgeries, minimally invasive procedures, and systemic therapy administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the underserved, culturally diverse patient population of Santa Clara County, alongside a dedication to educating SCVMC OB/GYN residents and Stanford medical students.
There will be opportunities to engage with various hospitals, a cancer center, surgical services, and education committees.
