Shift Details
-- Monday-Friday (8:15am first patient, 4:30pm last appointment)
-- No weekend coverage
-- No call requirements

Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology
-- California license
-- Fellowship required
-- DEA
-- ACLS only if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges (PALS for Pediatric Patients)

Assignment Details
-- Telemedicine Oncology coverage
-- Setting: Hospital
-- Follow-up visits
-- All aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment of Hematology/Oncology patients
-- MD oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services
-- Infusion Center requires MD onsite for all treatments
-- Infusion Center provides chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies
-- EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
-- Support staff: 1 clinic RN, 2 MAs, 2 front office clerks, 1 quality analyst/billing, and 10 infusion RNs
-- Patients per day: 15-20
-- Types of cases: Oncology/Hematology, all tumor types
-- 2 telemedicine providers maximum per day
