Requirements
-- Board certified in both Hematology and Oncology
-- Active Indiana license
-- DEA (or easily transferable)
-- Board Certified
-- Payor enrolled
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Knowledge of NCCN guidelines
-- Emergency response skills for medication side effects
-- Chemotherapy treatment plans
Assignment Details
-- Patient volume: 20 patients per day in clinic
-- 2 physicians and 2 APPs in practice
-- Support staff includes 3 RNs and 2 MAs
