Job Description
A growing cancer care institute in Southern IL is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a team with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Gynecologic Oncologists, Breast Surgeons, genetic and nutrition counseling services. Less than 1 hour from Evansville, IN (with an MSA of 315K), and under 3 hours from St. Louis and Indianapolis, this small community offers quality education, affordable housing, friendly neighborhoods, and plenty of outdoor recreation. Up to $700K Base Salary. M-F - 8am-5pm. 3 days a week in hiring location; 2 days a week in affiliated location 70 miles away. Practice in a multi-disciplinary setting with Weekly Disease Specific Tumor Boards (Upper GI, Lower GI, Breast, Thoracic, etc.) and strong support from Radiation Oncology and all Surgical Services.. Opportunity for academic and/or research opportunity with affiliated medical school. Candidates with experience and new graduates are welcome to apply. Mentorship for new graduates will be provided.
