Job Description
An opening for a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join a department that has a strong focus on physician retention. Serving a catchment area of 1.5 million people.
Job Details:
12-15 patients per day. Call is 1:10.
Open to a 4-day week.
Typical team is 1 RN & 1 MA per physician.
Practice in a large six-story "one-stop shop" oncology center housing social workers, oncology navigators, counseling and more.
Chemotherapy, Hormone Therapy, Immunotherapy, Infusion Therapy
Infusion clinic onsite with 45+ bays.
Option subspecialize 100% in Lung, Head and Neck, GI, Breast, Neuro/CNS, Melanoma and Sarcoma OR pick up to 3 subspecialties.
Academic style tumor site teams.
Weekly tumor boards, and an opportunity to work w/ GME program.
This team and facility has one of the highest retention rates within this health system.
EPIC EMR.
Graduating fellows are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
Base ranging from $500,000 (new grads) to $600,000 practicing physicians.
10% bonus based on quality and growth.
Sign-on / Relocation up to $50,000.
Education reimbursement or PSLF.
41 Days PTO + 2 days VTO.
