Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Kentucky | Day Shift + Occasional Night Call | Beginning October 1 - Ongoing | Assignment #115660

Coverage Details
-- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
-- 3-6 potential night call shifts per month (5pm-7am)

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
-- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
-- BLS
-- ACLS
-- Kentucky State License or IMLC

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Intrathecal Chemotherapy
-- Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc experience
-- Intracavitary Chemotherapy - highly preferred

Assignment Details
-- New patient appointment: 30min; Follow up appointment: 15min
-- Average # of patients seen per day: 18-22
-- 100% adults
-- 95% clinic; 5% hospital
-- 70% oncology; 30% hematology
-- Credentialing time frame: 90-120 days
-- EMR: EPIC
