Hybrid Hem/Onc Locums Job | Kentucky and Indiana 

A well established outpatient oncology program is seeking a Hematology Oncology physician for locum tenens coverage due to a current vacancy. Flexible scheduling options are available, including full time or part time coverage. This is a strong opportunity for a provider seeking flexibility, a steady volume, and the option to incorporate telehealth into their schedule while supporting a collaborative oncology team.

Assignment Details:
--Start: August 2026
--Ongoing through end of year
--Full time preferred, with a need for approximately 20 shifts per month
--Providers available at least 2 weeks per month will be considered
--Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
--No call required
--Hybrid model available with a mix of onsite and telehealth
--Temporary privileges available for expedited onboarding

Practice Setting:
--Outpatient oncology clinic within a larger health system
--Approximately 15 to 18 patients per day
--Focus on benign hematology with some medical oncology exposure
--No supervision responsibilities
--Adult patient population

Requirements:
--Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
--ABIM certifications (Hematology and Medical Oncology)
--Active licenses in both Kentucky and Indiana required
--BLS certification
--Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
