Job Description

A physician-led healthcare organization in the heart of the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist (Hem Onc) to join a growing Oncology team in an outpatient-focused practice environment situated between St. Louis and Memphis on the Mississippi River.

Position Highlights:
  • Balanced Monday-Friday schedule (8:00am-4:30pm) supporting a sustainable lifestyle
  • Light 1:5 shared call offers work/life balance
  • Flexible clinical scope - practice general Hem/Onc or incorporate subspecialty interests as desired
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists in a collegial, high-functioning environment
  • Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Evergreen base salary with uncapped productivity incentives. Base compensation exceeds MGMA 75th%tile.
  • Proven earning exceeding $1M annually
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend & extensive student loan forgiveness
