Job Description
Physician led, independent 450+ bed hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join and help shape a community oncology program.
50% hematology and 50% oncology position
Reasonable patient volumes averaging 17 patients per day
Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Financial Navigation and Nurse Navigation all in place
Oracle/Cerner EMR
Weekly Tumor Conferences - Mayo Clinic Care Network partner
Clinical trial resources available
Dedicated Oncology APRN for inpatient coverage with an average of 15 patients per day

H-1B visa sponsorship available — unable to sponsor J-1 waivers
Compensation & Benefits:
Medical Director will receive a base guarantee/medical director compensation + wRVU bonuses
Unheard of employer retirement contributions of $46,000 annually
