Job Description
An independent, community-owned, not-for-profit health system is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician or Medical Oncologist to join its established program serving a vast referral region across western Nebraska. Position Highlights:
4-day work week with Fridays off
~60% Medical Oncology, 40% Benign Hematology
No acute leukemia management
Collegial team that values teaching and mentorship
EPIC EMR
Dedicated APP and RN support
Multidisciplinary cancer conferences twice monthly

Compensation & Benefits:
MGMA 85th percentile base salary
Up to $80,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
First-year earning potential over $830,000
