Multiple Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Locums Jobs in Ohio

We are partnered with a client in Ohio seeking Locums Hematology/Oncology coverage. If you're interested in learning more, please reach out and share your CV for consideration.

Dates of Coverage: Starting as soon as credentialed, for a 1-year contract. 

Details/Requirements:
--Start: As soon as credentialed. Credentialing timeline is 2-3 months. 
--Seeking 4 days of coverage per week: 8:00am-5:00pm. Can potentially start with 2 days per week with a ramp up to 4 days by January 1st 
--Prefers full-time coverage if possible, but will patch with two providers doing 2 weeks per month each
--Outpatient coverage
--No weekends, No call
--15 patients per day
--50% Hematology 50% Oncology
--EMR: Epic
--Support staff: Other medical oncologist, care coordinators, RNs, MAs/LPNs, APPs, dietician, social work
--Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology required
--Active Ohio licensure or IMLC is required
