Oncology Hematology Locums Job in Ohio | Scheduled Clinic Hours + Night and Weekend Call | ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #113766

Coverage Details
-- ASAP - Ongoing
-- 4-5 days per week as soon as credentialed until perm is hired
-- Inpatient and outpatient coverage
-- Temporary privileges available

Shift Details
-- Monday-Friday 
-- 8am-5pm plus night call and weekend beeper call
-- 1:4 call coverage

Requirements
-- Active Board Certification in Medical Oncology
-- Medical Oncology fellowship
-- Active Ohio license or active IMLC - highly preferred
-- ACLS
-- DEA
-- Minimum 2 years experience
-- Clean background only

Assignment Details
-- Clinic, Outpatient/Hospital-Based setting
-- Patient Population: 100% Adult
-- 80% outpatient/20% inpatient
-- Average # of Patients Per Day: Hospital 2-4 patients, Clinic 16-20 patients
-- EMR/Documentation: Epic
-- Community based position
