Coverage Details
-- ASAP – Ongoing
-- Credentialing time frame: 90 days
Shift Details
-- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
-- Site is flexible on the 3 days covered; please list the 3 days the provider can cover
-- 12-15 shifts per month
Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Must be licensed in Washington (preferred) or IMLC
-- BLS - Will consider a candidate that will obtain BLS during credentialing
Assignment Details
-- Community outpatient clinic
-- Managing existing hematology and oncology patients for a physician
-- EMR: EPIC, Beacon
-- Patients per day: 12-15
-- Support Staff: RN and MA
