Job Description
- Comprehensive compensation package including a partnership track, relocation, and sign-on bonuses
- Competitive base salary of 450K per year, plus 50k sign on bonus, plus production, plus ancillary revenue starting Day 1

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to join a growing multi-specialty, physician owned, physician led practice. All Ophthalmology subspecialties will be considered.
- Practice in a new clinical facility and surgical center
- Competitive base salary of 450K per year, plus 50k sign on bonus, plus production, plus ancillary revenue starting Day 1.
- Comprehensive compensation package including a partnership track, relocation, and sign-on bonuses
- Clientele base derived from significant referral activity from other physicians in the
multi-specialty group - Academic research opportunities available at the University of Illinois - Champaign
- Minimal shared call
