Job Description

This multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a motivated physician to join their practice in a partnership track position. Enjoy extraordinary clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license. Compensation is above 90th percentile with top physicians making $700,000 to $1,000,000 and more while enjoying a great work/life balance.

    Compensation Details:
  • Guaranteed competitive base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2
  • Transparent partnership track after two years with proven earnings $700,000 to $1,000,000
  • 6+ weeks of PTO allow you time to enjoy all that Michigan, and the region has to offer
  • 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, up to $50,000 sign-on, relocation, and more
