Job Description

This well-established Ophthalmology practice is seeking a dedicated physician to join their practice in a partnership track position.     Compensation Details:
  • Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus, paid quarterly
  • Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above the 90th percentile and top earners making $700,000 to $1 million+.
  • 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week of CME with a $5,000 stipend, up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and more.
