- Monday - Friday schedule; 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in OR
- 5 - 12 surgeries per week with dedicated retina-only OR suite
- Built-in referral base from 5 multispecialty ophthalmology groups
- Single-specialty ASC with retina-trained staff, nurses, and technicians
- No hospital call; call rotated weekly among physicians
- Nevada has no state individual income tax
