Experienced General Ophthalmologist – Academic Opportunity in Eastern NC

Requires minimum of 2years post fellowship experience/No visa

A growing ophthalmology program in Greenville, North Carolina is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible General Ophthalmologist to join its expanding team. Interest in medical retina and resident education is strongly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the development of a multi-specialty practice and future training programs.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, academic appointment available (Assistant/Associate Professor)
• Join a growing practice with access to complex ophthalmic pathology at a tertiary referral center
• Outpatient clinic with state-of-the-art equipment located near hospital and ambulatory surgery center
• Clinical duties include patient care, rotating call, and teaching responsibilities
• Opportunities for research and involvement in residency program development
• U.S. residency/fellowship training required
