Busy and established eye surgery practice seeks an Ophthalmologist in Mission, Texas! $600k/yr McAllen area
Small town in south TX, safe place to live, low cost of living, 45 minutes from the beach
About the group:
- 6 MDs
- 4 locations
- 97 people in the group
- No red tape / easy going group, that fixes problems quickly
About the Ophthalmologist role:
- Mon-fri 845-530, 1:6 call
- 20% cataract surgery 80% general eye surgery
- This is a replacement position for someone who left when COVID started
- The volume is already here, patient panel is here
- Big demand for cataract surgery in the area
- You can be as busy as you want and make as much as you want
Benefits:
- $300k yr base salary plus $100-300k in bonus potential = 600k / yr
