Join a team of 4 Ophthalmologists supported by an experienced staff

Practice comprehensive Ophthalmology with the opportunity to incorporate Glaucoma, Retina, or Cornea interests

Work with state-of-the-art equipment and modern clinic resources, including Visual Field, OCT, and more

Flexible scheduling options include a 4-day work week with other options considered

Daily patient volume can be tailored to provider preference, generally ranging from 25-45 patients

Strong surgical demand with demonstrated ability to produce over 14,000 RVU's

Compensation & Benefits:

Employed position with salary guarantee plus productivity incentives

Demonstrated earnings of over $720,000, placing income in the 95th percentile of MGMA

$150,000 sign-on bonus
