Job Description

  • Join an established team of 4 Ophthalmologists and a highly experienced clinical support staff
  • Practice comprehensive Ophthalmology with the opportunity to incorporate Glaucoma, Retina, or Cornea interests
  • Utilize advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment including OCT, Visual Field testing, and modern diagnostic resources
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, including the option for a 4-day work week
  • Customize patient volumes to fit your practice style, typically ranging from 25-45 patients per day
  • Strong surgical volume and built-in demand with proven physician productivity exceeding 14,000 RVUs annually

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Employed position with flexible salary guarantee up to $550,000 plus productivity incentives
  • Demonstrated earnings of over $720,000, placing income in the 95th percentile of MGMA
  • $150,000 sign-on bonus
