Job Description

A thriving, independent health system in southern Wisconsin is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join its growing team. Position Details:
  • Step into a built-in referral base from 5 optometrists, with dedicated OR days and a team that flips rooms quickly
  • High-volume cataract and glaucoma opportunity with dedicated OR days and an experienced surgical team
  • Flexible schedule: choose a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
  • $700K+ realistic earning potential plus $75,000 signing bonus
  • No ER call
