ENT Physician Locum Tenens Job in Massachusetts
Jackson and Coker is partnered with a Massachusetts hospital seeking a board certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) for locum tenens coverage beginning in January 2027. The client is looking for a physician to provide weekday, hospital-based emergency department call coverage, with no outpatient clinic responsibilities. Specific dates are being finalized, with potential for ongoing coverage throughout 2027.

Location: Coastal Massachusetts
Start Date: January 2027, ongoing needs anticipated
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 24-hour call
Setting: Hospital-Based / Emergency Department
--24-hour weekday ER call coverage
--No outpatient clinic responsibilities
--Respond to urgent ENT consultations and perform procedures as needed
--Weekend coverage not required
--Potential for flexible scheduling based on physician availability and facility needs

Requirements
--Board certified Otolaryngologist
--Experience managing urgent ENT consultations and procedures
--Active Massachusetts medical license
--Comfortable providing hospital-based emergency call coverage
