Position Highlights:

  • Broad procedural mix including Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Hummingbird TTS, and biopsies
  • Flexible practice development with strong clinical and administrative support
  • No nights, weekends, or holiday call requirements

    Compensation Details:
  • Base salary: $400,000-$600,000
  • Guaranteed salary plus production bonus
  • Partnership track after two years
  • Partner earnings of $800,000+
  • Surgical center ownership opportunity
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME, and additional incentives available
