Job Description

Job Highlights:
  • Join an established and respected team of physicians providing General ENT services to children and adults.
  • Hospital-employed model. 310-bed non-profit community hospital. Epic EMR.
  • 4.5-day workweek with dedicated OR block time. Wide variety of cases, no trauma.
  • Compensation package includes 495K base salary plus "uncapped" production incentives.
  • Full HR benefits, paid malpractice with tail coverage, 7 weeks PTO/CME, and up to a 200K recruitment incentive package. PSLF eligible site.
  • J1 and H1b visa support.
