Job Description
Practice alongside a strong ENT team in Greensboro with excellent support staff, advanced equipment, and an optional ASC buy-in that opens the door to ancillary revenue. A leading non-profit health system in Greensboro, NC is looking for a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its established ENT practice. You'll have steady referrals, modern equipment, and the freedom to shape your own blend of adult and pediatric patients.
What Sets This Role Apart:
- You'll join a large team of ENT physicians and a growing team of APPs
- Choose your own mix of adult and pediatric cases
- Well-equipped clinic with 14 fiberoptic scopes, an Olympus channel scope, and two video systems
- On-site audiology department with cochlear implant capabilities
- Three ambulatory surgery centers and 17 operating rooms available to you
- A manageable 1:11 shared call schedule
- Maxillofacial trauma call also runs 1:11 and is compensated separately
- Established referral base with patient demand from day one
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- PSLF-eligible, non-profit employer
- Optional ASC buy-in to build ancillary revenue

- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
- A desire to practice the full range of ENT
- A collaborative, patient-first approach
- New graduates and seasoned physicians are both welcome
