Job Description
Our client is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist for their well-established, hospital-employed General ENT outpatient practice in southern Ohio. Office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, shared call, eligibility for additional compensation through the CERP program, initially seeing 20-25 patients per day with the option to see more, and access to state-of-the-art office procedures and equipment. Hospital Employee, Traditional. Medical school loan repayment: repay up to $200,000. Sign on bonus: 15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract signed). Vacation: 29 PTO. Excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary. Residency stipend: up to $25,000. Matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
