Pain Mgmt - SE Georgia
Two options:
#1 Income Guarantee into existing practice
#2 Hospital Employed setting
The pain clinic consists of one physician currently. Board Certified with 30+ years of experience. He will be seeking to retire within the next two years, therefore hospital is doing some succession planning. It is very well established in the community (12 years) with an excellent reputation. The pain clinic is fully operational with procedure room and is located in hospital's MOB. The clinic has about 4,500 encounters per year. Clinic employs 1 Nurse Practitioner.
There are 4 Orthopedic Surgeons in community that provide only block services but do not provide prescriptions any longer.
Call coverage is provided by the Anesthesiologists, new provider will not have a call schedule.
The new provider will have a great procedure opportunity.
