Provide evaluation and management for a variety of pain syndromes, including complex regional pain syndrome, pelvic pain, neuropathic pain disorders, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
Pain Management Fellowship required
Addiction Medicine Training/Experience is a plus
ABMS/AOA Board Certification or Board Eligible with Certification in Process is Required
