- 7:30 am - 3 pm, Mon - Fri -- rare evening calls handled by phone
- 20 - 30 cases per day
- General pathology mix -- heavy GI biopsy and non-gyn cytology
- Peripheral smear reviews, blood bank questions included in workload
- FNA smears in radiology -- touch preps for biopsy adequacy
- Pathologists gross in the afternoon -- no PA on staff
- No autopsies -- most bone marrows sent out
- Potential for future vacation coverage if a good fit
