Shift Details
-- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm coverage needed on site daily
-- Night and weekend call required
Requirements
-- Active New Jersey license or IMLC
-- Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology is required
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Surgical pathology
-- Frozen section analysis
-- Rapid onsite examination of cytology specimens
-- Surgical pathology sign-out
-- Cytopathology sign out
Assignment Details
-- Selected candidate will sign out surgical pathology cases and cytopathology cases
-- Additional support staff: Yes
-- Locum physician will work with three (3) other full-time MDs
-- EMR: EPIC
-- Clinic and hospital EMR are the same
-- Facility needs a Pathologist for ongoing coverage until a full-time provider is hired to replace an outgoing MD
