Coverage Details
-- 11/1 - 2/28 & 11/1 - 4/30
-- Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM
-- No call coverage
-- Reason for Coverage: FMLA coverage
-- Two providers needed
Details/Requirements of Assignment:
--August-November coverage
--Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts
--No call or weekends
--Level 1 trauma Center
--Care team model: Mix of Solo and supervision
--All Pediatric Cases, no hearts.
--Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesia required
--BLS, ACLS, PALS
--Active Ohio license
--Clean background
