Job Description

A nationally recognized children's health system is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiology Medical Director to lead anesthesia services at a growing pediatric ambulatory surgery center. This is a rare outpatient-focused leadership opportunity with strong compensation, minimal call, and future program growth planned.

The Opportunity:
- Primarily outpatient pediatric anesthesia / 100% Pediatric Cases
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- Medical Director role with dedicated administrative stipend
- Minimal call, approximately one week per quarter at the affiliated main campus
- Candidates with demonstrated leadership experience required but additional opportunities for new graduates
- Medical director positions pays $625K+ annually with excellent recruitment package
