Job Description

Our San Antonio based pediatric cardiac anesthesia role is ideal for experienced physicians seeking balance, predictability, and flexibility without sacrificing compensation.

Position details:

  • Expanding practice model
  • Cardiac cases plus cath lab, radiology anesthesia, and non cardiac cases
  • Flexible staffing options including part time, shared FTE, or reduced schedules
  • Dedicated pediatric cardiac ICU with strong intensivist support
  • Minimal cardiac only call with additional pay for extra coverage
  • Academic title available based on experience
  • $800,000+ compensation
