Pediatric Critical Care Position - Las Vegas, NV area

Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join their well-established, state-of-the-art Cardiac ICU team
- Intensive Care Unit coverage, typically 12-hour or 24-hour shifts 
- Weekend shifts as part of rotational schedule 
- On-call duties likely required to support the CICU program 
- Manage care for over 400 cardiac surgical cases annually 
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting ECMO and congenital heart catheterization programs 
- Participate in the care within a dedicated  tertiary Pediatric ICU and newly opened pediatric emergency department 
- Support pediatric and neonatal transport services 
- Contribute to academic activities with residents rotating through the ICU (pediatrics, family medicine, emergency medicine) 
- Engage in procedural sedation services as part of the premier children’s service provider in the state 
- Provide leadership and continuity in patient care through a rotating schedule, including on-call and weekend duties
