Pediatric Hospitalist Position - 45 minutes from San Jose, CA
Job Description
Medical Group is seeking full-time BC Pediatric Hospitalist to serve as Medical Director for their hospitalist practice
- Full-time schedule consisting of twelve 24-hour shifts per month with on-call responsibilities from home
- Provide coverage for high-risk deliveries
- Conduct emergency room consults involving pediatric patients
- Manage pediatric admissions of low acuity cases
- Provide well newborn care at the hospital
- Collaborate with affiliated Level-III NICU for newborns requiring intensive NICU care (transport coordination)
- Support a hospital with approximately 500 deliveries annually

- Base salary range: $190,000 - $230,000 plus a director stipend
