- 24-hour beeper call shifts -- 6 am to 6 am
- Call response time: 20 - 30 minutes
- 80% NICU patients (down to 32 weeks gestation), 20% pediatric
- Newborn resuscitations and management of 32-week preemies and up
- Neonatal intubation, UVC/UAC placement, central line, LP required
- Needle decompression and neonatal air leak management required
- Ventilator management and chest tube insertion preferred
- Ongoing coverage opportunity
