- 3 consecutive 24-hr shifts per 7-day block -- in-house coverage
- 6 x 24-hr shifts per month -- 3 consecutive shifts twice monthly
- Inpatient census: 1 - 5 patients per day
- 8-bed inpatient pediatric unit
- Inpatient pediatrics, ED consults, newborn nursery, circumcisions
- Intubation, central line placement, non-invasive ventilation required
- NRP and PALS certification required
- Strong cross-specialty collaboration supporting inpatient pediatric care
