- 24-hr call -- out of house; 7 am - 7 am
- Average inpatient census: 2 - 5 per day
- On call for ER admissions
- Level I nursery and pediatric floor coverage required
- 25 - 30 deliveries per month
- Emergency intubation required
- NRP and PALS certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
