- Call only coverage -- beeper call with 20-minute response time
- 3 - 8 patients seen per 24-hour call period
- Inpatient hospital setting -- both rounding and call coverage
- Pediatric patients including newborns
- Extensive procedural skills required -- intubation, central lines, chest tubes
- Non-invasive and invasive ventilation management required
- Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and sedation required
- Ongoing assignment
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
