- 24-hour call schedule
- Nursery: 1 - 5 patients/day; pediatric floor: 0 - 3 patients/day
- Inpatient hospital setting
- Attends C-sections and deliveries; rounds, admissions, discharges, ER consults
- Circumcisions required
- NRP and PALS certification required
- Leave coverage
- Holiday coverage needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
