Shift Details
-- 24-hour shifts; rounding plus call
-- Weekend coverage required

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Pediatrics
-- Virginia license
-- Cannot have been clinically inactive for 1 year or more
-- Must have at least 6 months of clinical experience within the specialty they are applying for
Assignment Details
-- 17-bed pediatric floor newborn nursery supporting approximately 2,400 annual deliveries
-- Pediatric Floor ADC: 5
-- Newborn Nursery ADC: 15
-- Daytime support from Advanced Practice Providers
-- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists available onsite and via telehealth
-- Work alongside a team providing NICU services for continuity of care
-- Provide high-quality, family-centered care in a community hospital setting
-- Engage in teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration
