2027 Dates of Coverage:
--January 11-14
--February 8-11
--March 15-18
--April 12-15
--May 10-13
--June 14-17
Details/Requirements for Assignment #117634:
-- Active Indiana license, will accept IMLC
-- Board Certification required
-- Clinic hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm
-- Average of 15 patients/day
-- 30 minute timeslots for new patients, 30 minutes for follow-ups
-- Average 4-6 consults in a 24 hour period. Low volume of cases
-- Support staff: RN, MA
-- EMR: Athena
