The Opportunity: Lead and grow the Pediatric Neurology section at a prestigious Philadelphia medical facility. This is a transformational role to expand clinical services, champion research and education, and restart the Neurology Residency Program (target Fall 2025). Join a dynamic team (currently 4 physicians, 2 NPs) with full support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic vision and clinical leadership for the pediatric neurology team and services.
- Direct comprehensive patient care (inpatient/outpatient, shared call), fostering clinical excellence and quality.
- Lead the re-establishment and ongoing direction of the Neurology Residency Program.
- Champion research, scholarly activity, and innovative program development, including Sleep Lab expansion.
Essential Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology.
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license or the ability to obtain one.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably five (5 ) years in an academic or clinical leadership role.
- Strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, research, and advocacy.
