- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri clinic -- Thu surgical center -- 8 hrs/day
- Weeknight call 5 pm - 8 am -- weekend 24hr beeper call
- 1 week per month ongoing assignment
- 10 patients per shift
- Inpatient and outpatient -- ED, established patients, NICU airway
- Rigid bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, endoscopic procedures required
- NICU airway evaluation required
- Surgical procedures including tracheotomy and head and neck preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
