A nationally recognized Texas children's hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join an expanding multidisciplinary team. The Opportunity
Established Pediatric ENT practice within a dedicated children's hospital
Collaborative care alongside APPs, audiologists, geneticists, speech therapists, and pediatric subspecialists
Flexible schedule with dedicated OR, clinic, and administrative time
Diverse surgical and clinical case mix including: Ear tubes, Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy, Laryngoscopy, Tympanoplasty, Tongue-tie procedures, Thyroglossal duct cysts
Strong referral network with increasing regional demand
Excellent infrastructure and physician support

$575,000+ earning potential
$75,000 post-tax recruitment bonus
