An established Children's Hospital program is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric PM&R physician to lead and grow its Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation program. This leadership opportunity offers the chance to build clinical protocols, expand services, and shape the future of pediatric rehabilitation care across South Texas.
Opportunity
Lead a growing Pediatric PM&R program
Inpatient and outpatient pediatric rehabilitation
Treat neurological, spasticity, musculoskeletal, and developmental conditions
Collaborate with pediatric neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and subspecialists
Support rehabilitation following neurosurgical procedures
Develop clinical protocols and quality initiatives
Lead program growth and service line expansion
Work alongside PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams
Supervise APPs and rehabilitation professionals
Teaching and research opportunities available
