An established Children's Hospital in Texas is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric PM&R physician to lead the continued growth and development of its Pediatric Rehabilitation program. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service line, influence care delivery, and help define the future of pediatric rehabilitation across a rapidly growing region.
The Opportunity
Leadership role within a new Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) program
Blend of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation
Care for patients with neurological, spasticity, musculoskeletal, developmental, and acquired conditions
Partner closely with Pediatric Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and other pediatric subspecialists
Play a key role in rehabilitation planning following complex neurosurgical and orthopedic procedures
Develop clinical pathways, treatment protocols, and quality initiatives
Drive program growth and expand rehabilitation services across the region
Collaborate with dedicated Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy teams
Opportunity to mentor and supervise APPs and rehabilitation professionals
