Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrician (PED)

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $330,000
  • Up to 30K sign on and 10K-15K relocation 
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice with tail coverage, and CME allowance
  • Work in a well-supported Critical Access Hospital with strong community tie

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY Pediatrician (PED)

  • Flexible 3-day per week outpatient clinic schedule
  • Shared call coverage - 8-10 times on call per month
  • Must be present for deliveries, nursery rounding, and light inpatient rounding 
  • Work alongside experienced family medicine and OB/GYN teams in a supportive rural setting

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrician (PED)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians
  • Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing in a rural and underserved community
  • Passionate about community-based medicine and continuity of care
